The Tampa Bay Buccaneers continue to add to their safety depth with a familiar name in former Seattle Seahawks and Atlanta Falcons defensive back Ryan Neal.

NFL umpire Carl Paganelli was carted off the field in the first quarter of Sunday’s Week 13 game between the Carolina Panthers (3-8) and Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-6). After the Panthers went three and out on their first offensive possession, Paganelli made contact with Buccaneers linebacker Vi Jones as Tampa Bay’s punt unit was running onto the field.

Tampa had a shot to grab the NFC South by the throat, and took it.
