Aug 13, 2019 · Make sure if you get a reusable iced coffee cup from them, when filling it they charge you for a medium iced. I had one once and I got into an argument with one of the workers behind the counter because he tried to charge me for a large iced coffee because it looked like a large but the inside part only was big enough to hold a medium iced.

How do I nicely explain that the coffee tastes bad?
The stirring thing is for our iced coffee, and it probably is why it tastes bad. At our dunkins when we brew our iced coffee into the shuttles it's really important to stir it after it's finished, or else the coffee will just sit on the bottom and the water will be on top and every coffee your pour out of it will be very strong and terrible tasting.

Dec 6, 2020 · Something similar happened to me in New York. I went to my local Dunkin’ Donuts, got my normal drink which includes two flavor shots of the hazelnut and toasted almond. I couldn’t taste any of the flavor and the coffee tasted really bitter. I asked the guy to remake the coffee because I thought he forgot the flavor shots.
