Dec 3, 2010 · I was talking about the font used for the carrera script and turbo on the rear decklid of a 911 or 964. That font is certainly out there, I've looked for it and found it. I'm not talking about the capital lettrr font, like theolder side decals. I'm not sure which font you mean by model specfic.

True, but similar is not the same as identical. Helvetica "looks" like "Swiss" but is not identical, thus different in the eyes of the Library of Congress.

Jan 6, 2012 · Do a search and you will find several locations where you can find the PORSCHE True Type font available, including FRWilk's site. It looks like the PORSCHE.TTF file only has the P O R S C H E letters in it. Anytime you type a different letter you will revert to Arial.

Aug 9, 2008 · I was going to engrave the Porsche crest on a set of air cleaner housings I made, but I'd be a fool to try to sell them that way without the proper permissions (read: $$) I also spent countless hours replicating the Porsche font (both numbers and letters) for my badges, but those files would not be free.
