The thing is when women complain about their treatment at work, often times the higher-ups, usually, men will paint them as being difficult or a diva.

Some reaction is warranted, and Jolene Blalock did a good job doing just that. when she wasn't written into malfunctioning Vulcan mode, experiencing extreme forms of emotion as compared to normal or simply losing the degree of control she normally possesses, and she did a fine job in those circumstances as well.

T'Pol/Jolene Blalock carries the entire show, she's the best! I hope we get a reboot with another female Vulcan science officer in the future, it's a fun dynamic. She's the main focus of the first few episodes and handles the ignorant and emotional humans with grace.

Brannon Braga and Rick Berman were huge proponents of the "more TNA == more ratings" mentality. Especially Berman. Season 4 of Enterprise was the best for having Manny Coto come into it.

Off screen, Berman has been strongly alleged to be misogynist and a creep. Teri Farrell (Jadzia Dax), Jeri Ryan (Seven of Nine), and Jolene Blalock (T'Pol) have all made comments about their treatment by him during production. Making the actresses wear padded bras, corsets, restrictive cat suits to accentuate their chests.
