Law enforcement officials are investigating after, police say, a 16-year-old boy was shot in an incident that happened on Saturday night along Charles Street in Philly's Frankford community.

The 40-year-old James reportedly is now signed up for a recording-setting 23rd NBA season after opting in to his Lakers contract for next year.
