A Hugo woman is charged with using worthless checks to obtain two vehicles from Eden Prairie dealerships, court records show.

Carolyn “Carrie” Blair, 83, of Bloomington, passed peacefully June 21, remembered for her warmth, devotion to family, and quiet strength.
