LAWRENCE — Kansas football picked up another commitment in its 2025 recruiting class Thursday, with a pledge from Jaden Nickens. Nickens, a 247Sports Composite four-star wide receiver in his class, comes by way of Sierra Canyon in the state of California.

Four-star wide receiver Jaden Nickens will make another move across the country for his college career. Nickens, a senior at Sierra Canyon High School in Chatsworth, Calif., announced his decision to commit to the University of Kansas.

Jaden Nickens, a four-star wide receiver from Sierra Canyon High School in Southern California, announced his commitment to KU on a 247Sports live stream. Nickens picked Kansas over Georgia, Texas A&M, Oklahoma State and Cal. He’s the Jayhawks’ 16th high school commitment from the class of 2025, and fourth receiver.
