On its new ThinkBook 13x Gen 4 SPE, which was shown off at CES 2024, you have a full “E Ink Prism” screen covering the entirety of the laptop lid. E-ink Prism isn’t your typical e-ink though.

The screen can display more or less any image, but it has a 10-to-12-second time to actually apply an image, so it won’t be functioning as a secondary screen like on Lenovo’s ThinkBook Plus Gen 2.
