Finnish police say a stabbing attack that wounded four people outside a mall in Finland isn't believed to be a terror or racist attack.

Four people were stabbed near a shopping centre in Tampere, Finland's third-largest city, on Thursday and one person has been arrested, the police said. Police said in a later statement that the stabbings had not resulted in any fatalities.
