The City of Billings is wrapping its arms around public art by creating a committee of seven people to make the process of art installations smooth.

Billings, students will now walk by a donated grand piano on their way from the library to the liberal arts building.

The United Way of Yellowstone County's backpack distribution was successful for the second year in a row. In all, the nonprofit collected 30,000 items.
