WWE returned to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for its Night of Champions premium live event on Saturday, headlined by Undisputed WWE champion John Cena defending against CM Punk in the final chapter of their epic rivalry.

WWE Night of Champions 2025 is upon us. The PLE has been a regular on the Saudi circuit for a time now, and it’s great to see its legacy continue. There has been a change from the original format of every championship being defended – now it’s treated like every other PLE.

John Cena is still the WWE champion. Despite run ins from Money in the Bank winner Seth Rollins and Co., Cena managed to wiggle his way out of the main event at Night of Champions with his championship after a terrific match with CM Punk.
