Recovery is underway Tuesday across the Triangle after Tropical Depression Chantal dumped heavy rain causing major flooding and road closures.There were at least three storm-related deaths confirmed.

Gov. Stein will be in Alamance County this morning at Lake Michael Park, which was ravaged by the floodwaters from Chantal.
