Gov. Gavin Newsom has launched a program called LA Rises which will provide financial support from private sectors to rebuild areas affected by LA wildfires.

The recent Southern California wildfires ravaged numerous communities, including Altadena, Pasadena and Pacific Palisades, among others. Many families lost their homes and now are completely displaced.

Although evacuation orders have since been lifted for most of LA County, fire survivors continue to face the road to recovery as they focus on rebuilding.

Gov. Gavin Newsom announced the creation of LA Rises, a recovery initiative that’s going to bring together private sector leaders to support rebuilding efforts in the wake of the Southern California wildfires.
