Fans of Outlander should prepare to see Sam Heughan in a completely new light. Heughan, alongside an ensemble cast that also features Jessica De Gouw, Eleanor Tomlinson, and Alfred Enoch, leads new Starz drama The Couple Next Door.

The Couple Next Door has finally arrived on Starz and it feels as though a ticking time bomb is about to go off in suburbia as couple Danny ( Sam Heughan) and Becka ( Jessica De Gouw) meet newest neighbors, Evie ( Eleanor Tomlinson) and Pete ( Alfred Enoch ).

So, why should Outlander fans check it out? I asked Sam Heughan that very question during Starz's recent press day for The Couple Next Door, and he shared: Well, if you want something completely different,

AKA your new favorite show that's perfect for bingeing...that is, once all the episodes are released for your insatiable consumption, of course. The Couple Next Door sees Heughan starring as "Danny, an “alpha traffic cop” married to glamorous yoga instructor Becka (Jessica De Gouw).

Certainly, I guess my time on ‘Outlander’ has given me a lot of education or experience in how to deal with [sex scenes],” said Sam Heughan.
