Detroit Lions star defensive end Aidan Hutchinson said this week he's "on track" to return in time for a potential Super Bowl after breaking his leg in October.

Detroit Lions defensive end Aidan Hutchinson is aiming to return from a gruesome injury and help the franchise play for the NFL championship.

"I'm on track for my goal of returning for the Super Bowl," Hutchinson said in the podcast clip. "And so I keep telling all the boys when I see them in the facility, 'you just gotta get there and I promise you I'm gonna be back.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport provided some injury updates on injured Detroit Lions, including linebacker Alex Anzalone, cornerback Carlton Davis, edge rusher Aidan Hutchinson and running back David Montgomery.

“I’m on track for my goal of returning for the Super Bowl,” Hutchinson said. “And so, I keep telling all the boys when I see them in the (Lions) facility, ‘you’ve just to get there.
