Jenny DuVander’s wide tongue has always surprised people. The Portland, Oregon woman, though, never thought much of it, Guinness World Records said in a Feb. 27 news release.

Jenny DuVander of Oregon is the only woman who can confidently say she has the largest tongue circumference in the world. She has a plaque from Guinness to prove it.

Oregon mother Jenny DuVander notched a Guinness World Record this month when she was crowned for having the largest tongue circumference for a female – the size comparable to a soda can.

Chaos ensued when a cameraman inadvertently interrupted the match when Benjamin Bonzi was serving for the match against Daniil Medvedev in the first round of the US Open held on Sunday (August 24).

Talk of her unusually wide tongue usually comes up in conversations about other tongue tricks people can do.
