Sir Lewis Hamilton has spoken out for the first time after he crashed during a pre-season test which caused ‘significant damage’ to his Ferrari. Taking to social media after the reported accident, F1 journalist Scott Mitchell-Malm wrote: "Lewis Hamilton crashed during Ferrari’s private test with its 2023 #F1 car at Barcelona. Made contact with the barriers and caused damage that can be repaired today.
