Not much changed in this week’s N.C. statewide high school basketball rankings. Two new teams joined the boys’ and girls’ polls, which are sponsored by The Charlotte Observer and the News & Observer of Raleigh. Wake Prep Academy, from Wake Forest, is in at No. 10 in the 1A boys’ poll. The Guardians have won 13 straight games.
