With the Wimbledon on, England's cricketers were asked to make their choice between Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner and Spain's Carlos Alcaraz, the defending champion at SW19 and who beat Sinner in a riveting French Open final last month.

Asked to offer his two cents on the situation, Alcaraz suggested that Tour physios and fitness trainers do a very good job so it's not necessary to have them as team members. But personally, the five-time Grand Slam champion prefers to have his own physio and trainer simply because they perfectly know his body.
