After Wednesday’s practice, Koziol received his invitation to the East-West Shrine Bowl. This is a postseason college football all-star game that has been played yearly since 1925. The bowl brings together the top college football players in the country and allows them to showcase their talents to NFL scouts and coaches from all 32 teams.

Houston (7-1) and West Virginia (2-6) will kick off at noon ET on Saturday. The game will be played at TDECU Stadium in Houston, Texas, which opened in 2014 and seats nearly 43,000 fans. It features the second-largest video board in the Big 12 Conference, measuring 7,200 square feet.
