Liberty Bridge's Weight Limit Restored To 30 Tons With new reinforcements being put in place, the nine-ton weight limit on the Liberty Bridge was lifted Thursday morning.

The crash happened after 1 p.m. near the Liberty Bridge inbound on the city side. Allegheny County 911 officials tell us a woman was taken to the hospital.
