NAVAL WEAPONS STATION EARLE — A partial shelter-in-place order is in effect due to “a suspected piece of unexploded ordnance” discovered on the naval base on Friday afternoon.

A chihuahua named Daisy escaped her sitter on Sunday and entered Naval Weapons Station Earle. The dog's owner, Beth Lane, is asking the Navy for assistance in locating Daisy.
