The 2025 season is still a few months away, but the smell of football is already in the air with the New England Patriots' schedule release slated for this week. There's hope that the Patriots can make some noise this season with the team slated to have one of the easiest schedules in the NFL.

The 2024 season didn’t go quite as planned for the New England Patriots. After throwing out their playbook in 2023 — the franchise dumped eight-time Super Bowl-winning head coach Bill Belichick and starting quarterback Mac Jones — new coach Jered Mayo and rookie QB Drake Maye stepped in to take their places.
