Paramount jump-started its CinemaCon presentation by dropping the first teaser trailer for The Naked Gun, the reboot of the cop-spoof franchise.

Extended footage was shared at CinemaCon for the franchise that kicked off with the Leslie Nielsen-led movie in 1988.

“The Naked Gun” reboot is directed by “SNL” and The Lonely Island alum Akiva Schaffer, with Seth MacFarlane and Erica Huggins producing. Schaffer co-wrote the script with Dan Gregor and Doug Mand.
