A former head chef of North Korea said Kim Jong-un started driving at 7, British newspaper Express reported Monday.

Kenji Fujimoto, who defected to Japan in 2001, has revealed the life of Kim Jong-un as a young boy. Kim Jong-un and his older brother Kim Jong-chul grew up together in the royal palace.
