Holiday Builders is debuting a new model home in Panama City's Lake Merial development. A grand opening weekend will take place July 26-27, with a Realtor preview on July 24.

The model will be one of 41 houses, villas and condos that will be featured in the 33rd annual Lee BIA Parade of Homes TM. The entries range in price from $240,000 - $4.225 million.
