AMAMI, Japan (WKRC) - Three men were arrested in a hotel after they were allegedly caught with "thousands" of live hermit crabs in their suitcases with the intent to smuggle them out of the country.

The guests 'had asked the hotel to watch their suitcases, and the suitcases made a rustling noise,' a police official said.
