Chelsea have enquired over a potential deal to sign Bayern Munich forward Mathys Tel while his compatriot could go the other way

Bayern Munich director of sport Max Eberl has ruled any January signings or departures, amid interest in Christopher Nkunku and Chelsea's enquirying about Mathys Tel. The Blues have been interested in forward Tel since last summer and have enquired over his availability this month amid Bayern’s interest in Nkunku.

It is no secret that Christopher Nkunku is on Bayern Munich’s wishlist, and that the German club have been pursuing his talent. However, the transfer looks to be quite a complicated one for the Bavarians.
