Chef Sergey's Bakery is bringing more Ukrainian tradition to Midland, serving up traditional Easter Paska bread.

opened in St. Cloud in 2019 after years of supplying bread to local businesses. The bakery offers a rotating menu of breads and pastries made from scratch and is launching education materials.
