KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - On Friday, a Kansas City man was sentenced to 23 years in prison after he shot and killed a man in 2023. Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced that on Nov. 15, 2024, 39-year-old Ibrahim Abdikarim Sharif Ahmed received two sentences for his role in a fatal shooting:
