Pat McAfee revealed an unforeseen twist involving him and Georgia student Henry Silver, who went viral for his kick on College GameDay on Saturday.

The prize was originally $150,000, but, since two students were splitting, McAfee decided to raise it to $200,000. Each would walk away with $100,000. Plus, the former NFL kicker would donate $200,000 for hurricane relief.

The Georgia student was the lucky winner of the raffle that decides who will attempt a 33-yard field goal to win $800,000 on College GameDay – well, kind of. Belle Sessions was actually the winner of the raffle, but opted to nominate Silver for the kick with the idea to split the winnings if he made the kick.

Pat McAfee showed Saturday during ESPN’s “College GameDay” ahead of Georgia’s game with Tennessee. Now, let’s see if the Bulldogs can carry the graphic. McAfee, who started with his rendition of “Rocky Top” quickly transitioned into calling the Dawgs as the panel made the unanimous pick for Kirby Smart’s team to bounce back and beat the Volunteers.

Silver was given an opportunity to kick a field goal for $400,000 — and an additional $400,000 for hurricane relief — on ESPN’s College GameDay in Athens, Georgia ahead of the Bulldogs’ matchup with Tennessee.
