The Grand Finale. The intelligent noblewoman, played by Michelle Dockery, appears to have everything under control in the new trailer for the third and final Downton Abbey film. However, her status — and future ownership of the titular Yorkshire estate — is called into question when it’s revealed that she and her husband Henry Talbot (Matthew Goode) have gotten divorced.

But “When Mary finds herself in a public scandal and the family faces financial trouble, the household grapples with the threat of social disgrace. The Crawleys must embrace change with the next generation leading Downton Abbey into the future,” a synopsis of the movie reads.

The 2 1/2-minute preview shows Robert and Cora Crawley (Hugh Bonneville and Elizabeth McGovern) preparing to hand over their palatial British country estate to their elder daughter Mary (Michelle Dockery), whose divorce is making her a pariah in social circles.
