Eagles goalkeeper avoided first-half dismissal at Wembley despite reaching out of his box to swipe the ball away from Erling Haaland

Crystal Palace goalkeeper Dean Henderson was not shown a red card in the first half of Saturday’s FA Cup final between Crystal Palace and Manchester City, despite his hand appearing to make contact with the ball outside the box.

But he wasn't sent off despite appearing to deny an obvious goalscoring opportunity for Erling Haaland as he handled outside of his box. No red card was given and Henderson stayed on the pitch and then saved Omar Marmoush's penalty kick to rub further salt into Man City's wounds.
