Yes, very easy. Just make sure you get a Vinasun taxi. They are controlled and you won’t be ripped off. Some firms have similar names so be on the look out, Vinasun cabs are everywhere.

as of 2023 April $40K VND/adult kids are half-price NO CREDIT CARD I had to walk to nearby bank to exchange $100 USD to 232400 VND then walked back
