There are plenty but I am not sure what you consider nearby. Going south on highway 1 there is Jalama, they have a restaurant, surfing, picnic area, 20 min. 40 min south on 101 toward Santa Barbara, gaviota just after rest area, tijegas nude beach, you will see all the cars no signage, Refugio, El Capitan and of course Santa Barbara. Where the 1 and 101 merge there are hot springs there on the east side of the overpass, hiking trails, mountain lions but view is amazing. Going north on 101, pismo beach has dunes overnight Ruffin it camping, Morro bay used to be great to kayak but shark whale and dolphin season now. Avila beach has a nude area on the south part, small community good food On way to Avila there is a hot springs. All about same distance. I tried to list them in order from Lompoc. Jalama that first curve do not speed, that sign is there for a very good reason.
