It's first come, first serve. So it's best to have someone go there early and set up and wait until it's party time. We had an early party at 11am, so I went there around 8 to ensure we got the main covered area near the playground. But if you are looking for somewhere near the splash pad, it might not be as competitive to get. I know when we were there early, there were a few parties that came trying to reserve, so we were glad we got there early just in case.
