It looks like there is a bus with a stop at the lighthouse that runs six times a day from 12 July to 22 September, starting in Palafrugell. And not that expensive, but you would have to wait for it to return after visiting the lighthouse. See the website for the Julivia bus line. When we were there at the end of July in 2018 I seem to recall a bus stop close to the parking area (we came by car) but I don't remember seeing a little road train or a bus arriving/departing during the several hours we were there.
