We are considering visiting the Sugiton area later next year. Both my wife and I would love to take in the views. But being disabled, my spouse is mainly confined to a wheelchair, although she can walk a little unaided, and I'm fully mobile. Therefore my question is, is it possible to navigate around that area with a manual wheelchair?

There are paths which can take you quite a distance. You may not be able to get to the very edge of the cliffs using a wheelchair, but you can get pretty close.
